Processing Time
Current processing time is up to 5 working days
We aim to process all orders within 5 working days of receiving your order, this is preparing your item for dispatch – your product will be delivered to you as soon as reasonably possible, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control, this includes, but is not limited to industrial action and courier delays.
We do not offer any same day or guaranteed delivery options
UK delivery
£2.90: Standard flat rate service, which aims to deliver in 3-5 working days
£4.50: Second day service, which aims to deliver in 2-3 working days
Named next day couriers: DPD or UPS up to 20kg.
Please note that all delivery times, including expedited delivery with DPD or UPS, are approximates. Kintsugi Commerce Ltd do not offer any guaranteed next day delivery options. We can not be held responsible for any courier delays, which include but are not limited to industrial action and/or bank holiday and peak volume surges.
In the event that we feel that our chosen standard couriers are unable to deal with volume, we reserve the right to temporarily amend our shipping prices, as well as name our couriers in our pricing tables, to enable you to choose the best service possible.
International Delivery
Kintsugi Commerce Ltd is not liable for any import duties or taxes incurred upon receiving goods. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s specific duties. In the event of rejected orders, a refund will be issued, deducting outbound postage and incurred fees, once your parcel has been returned to us. Full tracking is available for all International orders, except samples.

15-20 working days: Royal Mail Untracked for samples only
7-10 working days: DPD tracked
UPS is available on request
USA + Canada: Up to 20kg
10-15 working days: Royal Mail Untracked for samples only
3-5 working days: Tracked Services with DPD or UPS: from £14gbp
International Flat Rate shipping
Kintsugi Commerce Ltd are please to offer a flat rate of £12 to selected European countries
Europe: France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland
Flat rate £14 on all parcels up to 20kg
7-10 working days: Royal Mail Untracked for samples only
3-5 working days: Tracked Services with DPD
International Samples: Dispatched with Royal Mail, untracked. Delivery time is up to 20 working days
